Encore plus qu’ailleurs dans l’OCDE, les Japonais et les Japonaises doivent choisir entre famille et travail. Les hommes choisissent le travail, les femmes moins, mais dans l’ensemble, les naissances sont rares et l’emploi des femmes est trop faible.
