OECDシンポジウム
気候変動及び環境分野におけるOECDの取組とG7への貢献

経済開発協力機構（OECD）は、より良い暮らしのためのより良い政策の構築に取り組む国際機関として、経済、教育、環境、開発援助など様々な分野で政策課題に取り組んでいます。また、OECDは政策提言やデータ提供などを通じてG7やG20といった国際的な政策プロセスに大きく貢献しています。本シンポジウムでは、気候変動および環境分野におけるOECDの取り組みについて紹介するとともに、4月15日、16日に札幌市で行われるＧ７札幌　気候・エネルギー・環境大臣会合に対するOECDの貢献について紹介し、脱炭素社会への移行や、生物多様性の損失を止め回復に転じるネイチャーポジティブ経済への移行といった世界的な課題の解決に向けて、OECDに期待される役割について議論します。

OECD Symposium

“OECD's Activities and Contribution to G7 in the Area of Climate Change and the Environment”

As an international organisation dedicated to formulating better policies for better lives, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) addresses policy issues in various fields, including the economy, education, the environment and development assistance. The OECD also contributes significantly to international policy processes such as G7 and G20 through policy recommendations and data provision. This symposium will introduce the OECD's work in the field of climate change and the environment, as well as its contribution to the G7 Ministers' Meeting on Climate, Energy and Environment in Sapporo to be held on 15-16 April, and the expected role of the OECD in addressing global challenges such as the transition to a decarbonised society and to a nature-positive economy that halts biodiversity loss and turns it into recovery will be discussed.
