23 September 2010 - The OECD will start in 2011 a new project on the Transfer Pricing Aspects of Intangibles and has invited comments from interested parties on the scoping of such a project. The OECD has now published the comments received, which can be downloaded by clicking on the links below. The OECD is grateful to the commentators for their input. Working Party No.6 of the Committee on Fiscal Affairs will discuss the comments received at its November 2010 meeting.
