These Country Notes present data and information relating to homelessness estimates, statistical definitions, data collection approaches and selected information about homelessness strategies. Data and information in the Notes draw on the 2023 OECD Questionnaire on Affordable and Social Housing (QuASH), national sources, and desk research.

Forthcoming outputs include a Monitoring Framework that assesses the main approaches to collect data on homelessness, as well as their strengths and limitations; and a Toolkit to Combat Homelessness, which provides evidence-based guidance to improve the measurement of and policy responses to homelessness.
