OECD-Conassif Symposium on Financial Literacy

This symposium, organised by the OECD International Network on Financial Education (INFE) and Costa Rica’s Council for Supervision of the Financial System (Conassif) will focus on supporting financial consumers in navigating risks. Discussions will include:

• Financial literacy and risks facing financial consumers
• The financial well-being and financial literacy of migrants
• Financial literacy and financial resilience in the context of climate related risks

International experts from some 50 countries are expected to attend this hybrid event, including high-level officials from government, central banks, financial institutions and not-for-profit organisations, as well as representatives from the academic community, private and civil sectors.

The symposium will held held back-to-back with the meetings of the Advisory Board, Technical Committee and LAC Regional Network of the OECD/INFE. Full members can access meeting documentation and follow-up here.
