Update of the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises

The OECD Guidelines were last revised in 2011 and the OECD Working Party on Responsible Business Conduct (WPRBC) is currently working towards a targeted update of the Guidelines and Implementation Procedures to advance their uptake and promotion, as well as to ensure they remain fit for purpose.

4th OECD Meeting of Mining Regions and Cities

Localising the blue economy

Diversity in tech: call for innovations

The OECD is looking for innovative projects and initiatives that foster diversity (gender, cultural, racial, ethnic, age, etc.) in the technology sector.  Examples of proprosals include information campaigns, coding schools, outreach projects, and bias training.

Survey on skills-based approaches

The OECD is interested in understanding the use of skills-based approaches in the labour market to identify the challenges and success factors. Also known as ‘skills-first’ approach", it focuses on skills themselves rather than on how they have been acquired and is used in hiring, recruitment, promotion and progression, or training and development.

Generative AI in the classroom

Developed as part of the OECD Schools+ Network the paper 'Generative AI in the Classroom' is open for public consultation on its content and analysis, and examples of initiatives, guidance and use are welcome from countries or organisations on how generative AI is being integrated into classrooms and its repercussions for teaching.
