On the day of the event:

  • To collect your OECD entry badge when you arrive at the OECD Centre, you will need to present an identity card or passport and a copy of the email confirming your registration. Badges will be delivered at the Welcome Desk as of 8.00 am.
  • Due to the sanitary restrictions in place, security regulations and registration formalities might take longer than usual. Please allow a minimum of 30-45 minutes for the registration. The meetings will start on time indicated on the agenda section of this site. Please plan to be seated in the room at least 5 minutes before the start of each session.
  • For security reasons, you must wear your visitor's badge at all times.

Sanitary situation

Please note the information below is correct at the time of circulation. Details and protocols are, however, subject to change according to the evolution of the health situation, and we will inform you accordingly.

  • In line with French COVID-related guidance issued on 14 March 2022, access to OECD premises is no longer subject to the pass sanitaire and wearing a mask onsite is not mandatory, although it is highly recommended.
  • We invite you to regularly consult the dedicated websites from the Ministry for Europe and International Affairs (ENG) and the Ministry of Health and Prevention (FR) for updated information.

Visas and financial support

Please note that the OECD cannot organise a visa on your behalf but can provide you with a personalised invitation letter. To find out if you need a visa:

No financial support is available for participants' travel to and stay in Paris.

We strongly encourage participants lacking the necessary financial resources to seek sources of funding upon receipt of this invitation letter.
