SIPA aims to help countries in Central and Southeast Asia achieve long-term climate and development goals. It seeks to improve economic growth, well-being and connectivity by ensuring energy, transport and industry infrastructure investments are aligned with the Paris Agreement and Sustainable Development Goals.
