Shaping Migration Narratives

Attitudes and believes around migration are often temporary and quickly change based on external circumstances, with opposing sentiments being present at all stages. While narratives on migration are in many cases polarized and public opinion often depicted as an extreme binary choice, it is important for communicators to disentangle the puzzle between why and when some groups of migrants are perceived as threat or as opportunity within host communities.
