Le Luxembourg a entrepris des réformes législatives et institutionnelles importantes depuis son évaluation de Phase 3, en 2011, selon un nouveau rapport du Groupe de travail de l’OCDE sur la corruption. La réforme constitutionnelle entrée en vigueur le 1er juillet 2023 visant à renforcer et moderniser le statut des magistrats fait notamment partie de ces avancées.
