Le programme pilote de formation des formateurs se conclut avec succès
Le Secrétariat du Forum mondial a tenu la réunion finale de son programme pilote de formation des formateurs les 16 et 17 décembre 2021. Lancé sous l'égide de l'Initiative Afrique en avril 2021, le programme pilote « Former le formateur » a attiré 34 participants de 17 pays africains et s'est avéré très fructueux.

L'Ukraine s'engage à commencer l'échange automatique de renseignements sur les comptes financiers d'ici 2023
L'Ukraine s'est engagé à mettre en œuvre la Norme d'échange automatique de renseignements relatifs aux comptes financiers en matière fiscale (EAR) d'ici 2023. L'engagement pris Ministre des finances et de la fonction publique fait de l'Ukraine le 118ème membre du Forum mondial à s'engager à mettre en place l'EAR à une date précise.

First edition of Tax Transparency in Latin America report outlines growing role of tax transparency and exchange of information in helping Latin American governments fight financial crimes and mobilise resources
Tax Transparency in Latin America 2021 is a key output of the Punta del Este Declaration (the Declaration), a Latin American initiative to tackle tax evasion, corruption and other financial crimes through transparency and exchange of information (EOI) for tax purposes.

Le Forum mondial a organisé un séminaire de formation à distance pour préparer les juridictions aux évaluations par les pairs sur la transparence et l'échange de renseignements sur demande
Un séminaire de formation pour les juridictions francophones a été organisé par le Secrétariat du Forum mondial en partenariat avec le Forum sur l’administration fiscale africaine sur la norme de transparence et d'échange de renseignements sur demande et sur le processus d’évaluation par les pairs. Ce séminaire s’est déroulé du 5 au 9 juillet 2021 et a été suivi par 35 participants de 16 juridictions, dont 13 pays africains.

Un nouveau rapport souligne le rôle crucial de la transparence fiscale et de l'échange de renseignements pour aider les gouvernements africains à endiguer les flux financiers illicites et accroître la mobilisation des ressources intérieures
Les administrations fiscales se sont rapidement adaptées aux circonstances difficiles en 2020 et ont pu faire avancer la transparence fiscale sur le continent africain. Les membres de l'Initiative Afrique ont étendu leurs réseaux d'ER. Le nombre de demandes de renseignements formulées a été multiplié par plus de treize depuis 2014 et pour la première fois, les pays africains ont envoyé plus de demandes qu'ils n'en ont reçues.

Punta del Este Declaration Initiative third annual meeting showcases progress on exchange of information for tax matters and paves way forward for Latin American countries
Organised by the Global Forum Secretariat and held virtually on 12-13 November 2020, the Punta del Este Declaration third annual meeting brought together more than 80 participants from 15 Latin American countries and 8 organisations.

8th meeting of the Africa Initiative: Members and partners reflect on COVID-19 challenges, discuss tax transparency progress and agree to renew Initiative for a further three years
The Africa Initiative’s 8th annual meeting brought together more than 150 participants from 27 African countries and 20 organisations. Representatives reflected on current challenges faced by administrations and highlighted the importance of exchange of information (EOI) and other forms of administrative co-operation in supporting domestic resource mobilisation in these challenging times.

A new virtual conference on the availability of information on the beneficial owners of legal entities, arrangements and bank accounts was jointly organised by the Global Forum secretariat and the Asian Development Bank. The event focused on the Asia and Pacific region.
