The African Development Outlook Report is jointly prepared and published by the OECD Development Centre and the AfDB. The production of the report builds on all relevant analytic work already produced by research institutions and international organiszations, while producing fresh insights into developments in individual African countries and including an overview on the continent as a whole. The project combines the expertise accumulated by the OECD, which produces the OECD Economic Outlook twice a year, and the knowledge of the African Development Bank on African economies.
