Disclaimer: the software package, spreadsheets or protocols available for some Test Guidelines are provided as a courtesy of the developer of the test method, but have not been necessarily validated, reviewed or approved by the OECD. It is also not a requirement to use this material, and other software for example may be equally useful. The maintenance of the software or of the calculation sheets is not guaranteed by the OECD. Spreadsheet for use with kDPRA in TG 442C

This automated Excel-evaluation spreadsheet is used for data evaluation of the test methods described in Appendix III of TG 442C: Spreadsheets for TG 442C - Appendix III : The kinetic Direct Peptide Reactivity assay (kDPRA). It is also available with the DB-ALM protocol no. 217* which provides detailed instructions on how to use it.

Software to be used with TG 455

For calculations of PC10, PC50 and PCMax for the STTA TG 455, an Excel spreadsheet is available. Please follow the instructions below.


- Download the Excel spreadsheet for the:

  • Agonist part of the assay (Excel)
  • Antagonist part of the assay (Excel)

- Follow the instruction manual (Link to the instruction manual of the TG 455 spreadsheet) (PDF)

Software to be used with TG 432: Phototox Version 2.0

To install the software download phototox.zip to the hard drive of your computer and then open the zip folder and click on the setup.exe file. The software will install itself on your computer.For instructions on how to use the PHOTOTOX Application please read the How-to-get-started document (WordPDF) and the PHOTOTOX Application Help in the phototox.hlp file contained in the phototox.zip file.Other documentation for the software:
