This report presents progress made by OECD Member and non-Member Adherents in the implementation of the 2014 Recommendation Concerning International Co-operation on Competition Investigations and Proceedings.  The Recommendation  advises Adherents to engage in meaningful forms of international co-operation and serves to promote effective enforcement co-operation. This report discusses the Recommendation's continued relevance, how widely it has been disseminated, and identifies possible areas for further work.
