A peer review programme launched in 2003 in the framework of the ACN. It supports anti-corruption reforms through country reviews and continuous monitoring of implementation of recommendations.

The programme provides assistance to the Eastern Partnership Countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine) to prevent and combat threats to the rule of law, and to support the justice sector and public administration reform. It is jointly implemented by OECD/ACN and the Open Government Partnership (OGP).
