Mr. Angel Gurría, Secretary-General of the OECD, delivered remarks (video message) at the 2021 Partnering for Green Growth and the Global Goals 2030 (P4G) Seoul Summit, on 30 May 2021.

The Secretary-General’s speech addressed the priorities of the international community to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050 and what kind of cooperation and support are required to achieve this objective.
