Mr. Angel Gurría, Secretary-General of the OECD at commemoration of 60th Anniversary of the signature of the OECD Convention, 14 December 2020

 

Mr. Angel Gurría, Secretary-General of the OECD, was joined by several world leaders and high-level authorities to commemorate the 60th Anniversary of the signature of the OECD Convention, on 14 December 2020. President Macron, from France, President Sanchez, from Spain, Prime Minister Charles Michel, from Belgium and Audrey Azoulay, Director-General of the UNESCO, joined in presence. Several other world leaders attended the event live in video conference. Some other world leaders and high-level authorities provided video messages to commemorate the event.

The Secretary-General delivered the opening remarks and the closing remarks of the Leaders’ Conversations "A Transformative Recovery: Forging a New Consensus for Economic, Social and Environmental Progress".
