Please note that the information below is correct as of 21 November 2022. Details and protocols are however subject to change according to the evolution of the health situation, and we will inform you accordingly.

In line with French COVID-related guidance issued on 14 March 2022, access to OECD premises is no longer subject to the pass sanitaire and wearing a mask onsite is not mandatory. Delegations are invited to consult regularly the websites of the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of Solidarity and Health for updated information.

Participants travelling from one of the countries identified as being in the “red zone” are required to be compliant with the relevant protocol requested by French authorities spelt out on the websites of the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of Solidarity and Health.

Delegations will be limited to a maximum of five delegates on-site. This figure will allow us to limit our total footprint on-site and it has been aligned to other similar international high-level events. Exceptional requests by some delegations to extend their delegation will be considered on a case-by-case basis and based on the available conference room space and potential sanitary restrictions, closer to the date of the meeting.

During the event, if any of your delegates show symptoms we ask that they do not access the site. In addition, if any delegates contract COVID-19 we ask that they inform the Secretariat immediately so that we can activate the necessary measures.
